Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between emotion labeling, sense of control, and resilience among young adults (N = 100, aged 18–30), with sense of control examined as a potential mediator. Standardized self-report questionnaires measured all three variables. Regression and mediation analyses revealed that emotion labeling was a weak and non- significant predictor of resilience.
