The present study explores the impact of physical activity on anxiety levels and sleep quality among adults. With increasing concerns about mental health and sleep disturbances in modern society, understanding the role of lifestyle interventions such as physical exercise has become crucial. This observational study aims to examine the relationship between regular physical activity and its influence on psychological well-being and sleep patterns. Data was collected from adult participants through standardized questionnaires assessing their physical activity levels, anxiety symptoms, and sleep quality. The findings indicate a significant negative correlation between physical activity and anxiety levels, suggesting that higher engagement in physical exercise is associated with reduced anxiety. Additionally, individuals who reported regular physical activity also experienced improved sleep quality, including longer duration and fewer disruptions. These results support the integration of physical activity as a non-pharmacological approach in managing anxiety and enhancing sleep health. The study emphasizes the importance of incorporating physical activity into daily routines as part of a holistic strategy for mental and physical well-being.
