Abstract

This study synthesizes research findings on work-life balance in the IT sector, examining various factors influencing employees' ability to manage work-related stressors and achieve satisfaction in both their professional and personal lives. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses, the research explores the impact of flexible work arrangements, organizational culture, remote work, job autonomy, digital distractions, and social support on work-life balance outcomes among IT professionals. Findings highlight the importance of supportive policies, effective communication, leadership support, and individual coping strategies in promoting work-life balance satisfaction and overall well-being in the IT industry. The study also addresses the challenges posed by factors such as workload, job insecurity, commuting stress, and the COVID-19 pandemic, offering insights into strategies for organizations and individuals to enhance work-life balance in this dynamic and demanding field.
