Exploring the relationship between Psychological Well-Being and Stress levels of Psychologists
Keywords:

The current research investigated the relationship between psychological well-being and stress levels among psychologists through an independent survey and correlational study. The results revealed a statistically significant negative correlation (r = -0.080, p < 0.05) between stress and well-being, indicating that as psychologists' psychological well-being increases, their stress levels tend to decrease, and vice versa. Key stressors identified include emotional exhaustion and heavy workloads, while effective coping strategies and institutional support are crucial in reducing stress and enhancing well-being. The findings emphasize the need for targeted interventions to support psychologists' mental health, ensuring their ability to provide quality care while maintaining personal well-being.
