The study examined the correlation between physical activity, sleep quality, mindful eating, and self-concept clarity (SCC) among young adults aged 18-23 years. Using self-reported measures such as the self-concept clarity scale, mindful eating questionnaire, sleep quality index, and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the study used a cross-sectional strategy to gather data from 106 participants. According to the study's descriptive data, participants' levels of physical activity, sleep quality, mindful eating, and SCC varied. Strong yet statistically significant correlations were found between SCC and mindful eating and between SCC and sleep quality, indicating that higher SCC levels may be linked to more thoughtful eating and better sleep. Nevertheless, no discernible link was discovered between physical exercise and SCC. Future investigations into the interactions between these factors and SCC, as well as any possible ramifications for personal growth and mental health therapies, can build on the findings of this study.
