Abstract

This study explores the relationship between technology, mental health and student learning. The technological widespread in different aspects has raised the apprehension with it’s influence on mental well being and student Outgrowth. It looks at both dimensions with positive and negative approach.technology offers learning options beyond manual making it more engaging and attractive. On the other side it distracts making it complicated for the students to be focused. Some other negative Aspects can also be information overload. It is important to leverage The bennefits and mitigate the drawbacks as it is crucial to create balanced approach to make it good for mental wellness and academic success in higher education. This research examines the impact of technology on mental health And student learning outcomes of individuals and young adults with age range of 16-27 who are enrolled in higher education currently.this study aims to understand the complex relationship between technology, mental well being and academic performance. Considering two variables this study will include different findings with the help of two scales namely (social media addiction scale and internet addiction scale) furthermore, the significant target will be addressing potential drawbacks and risks of technology usage while also looking forward to its bennefits for higher education.
