Abstract

This research examines the psychological impact of bullying on victimised teenagers, with consideration of emotional, cognitive, and behavioural changes. Bullying in adolescence, an identity-forming period, can have lasting outcomes including anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, and social withdrawal. In a review of literature and case data analysis, the research identifies the internalised anguish and compromised psychological health of bullied teenagers. The report also emphasizes the significance of early intervention, supportive settings, and mental health care in reducing the effects of bullying.
