This research seeks to shed light on the ways in which academic stress affects college students' emotional well-being and cognitive performance by exploring the complex link between the two. Academic overload, performance pressure, and social changes are just a few of the many pressures that college students face. The current study draws upon theoretical frameworks from education and psychology as well as field research to examine these and other challenges. Coping mechanisms, personality attributes, and social support networks are some of the mediating & moderating variables that are investigated in this research. Examining the literature in depth, the research elucidates the intricate relationship between academic pressure and emotional intelligence, providing valuable information for students' overall growth and academic achievement.
